Japanese injection moulding machine manufacturer JSW (Japan Steel Works) has established a new division, Plastics Machinery Solutions, dedicated to after-sales service.
The new unit has been created to help customers maximise the long-term value of their equipment, from installation and commissioning to day-to-day operation and future use.
Plastics Machinery Solutions specialists will work closely with the design and sales departments to “deliver timely, practical, and tailored solutions based on each customer’s specific operating conditions”.
JSW manufactures full electric injection moulding machines with clamping forces ranging from 30 to 4,000 tonnes.
