The online auction for chemical recycling equipment and plants from the bankruptcy of Dutch company Fuenix Econogy II will close in a few days, on Tuesday, April 14.
The procedure is being handled by industrial auction house Troostwijk on behalf of the bankruptcy trustee.
Fuenix had developed a pyrolysis process capable of converting mixed plastic waste from flexible packaging into an oil that can replace fossil feedstocks in plastics production, with a stated yield of 70%.
The company was declared bankrupt on July 2, 2025.
