Danfoss eyes Alfagomma

The Danish group has entered into exclusive talks to acquire the Italy-based company from the founders.

alfagomma plant interiorThe liquidators of Alfagomma, the historic Italian group active in the production of industrial and hydraulic fluid transfer systems, have granted Danfoss an exclusivity period to define the terms and conditions of a possible acquisition of the company. The decision was taken after reviewing several binding offers submitted as part of the competitive process launched by the liquidators to maximise the value of the Group.
