Herambiente takes full control of Aliplast

The HERA Group has acquired the remaining 20% stake in Aliplast from Rogroup through its subsidiary, strengthening its position in European plastics recycling.

aliplast plantHerambiente, part of Italy’s HERA Group, has acquired the remaining 20% stake in Aliplast from minority shareholder Rogroup, becoming the sole owner of the plastics recycling specialist.

Founded in 1982 and based in Ospedaletto d’Istrana, northern Italy, Aliplast is among Europe’s leading plastic recyclers. The company joined the HERA Group in 2017 through a phased acquisition—initially 40%, followed by a further 40%. The final tranche was acquired in recent days under a pre-agreed option.
