Bekum, a manufacturer of extrusion blow moulding systems, announced the appointment of Florian Mosgöller (pictured) to oversee technical operations at its Berlin and Traismauer (Austria) facilities.
Over the past year, he served as Deputy Technical Director, gaining first-hand knowledge of the teams, organisational structure and ongoing projects.
A mechatronics engineer, Mosgöller brings extensive experience in mechanical engineering and automation. He previously headed the Automation Technology department, including implementation of Bekum Control 8.0.
In his new role, he will oversee mechanical design, automation engineering and technical documentation, with a focus on continuous development and customer-oriented solutions.
Bekum designs and manufactures modular hydraulic, hybrid and fully electric extrusion blow moulding machines for packaging production, with capacities ranging from 5 ml to 3,000 litres. Applications include PET bottles, pharmaceutical and medical containers, jerrycans, drums and large containers, as well as automotive and mobility components, technical parts and multilayer solutions.
