After acquiring a minority stake last autumn (read the article), Norway’s Agilyx has increased its holding in GreenDot - the European platform active in packaging waste recycling and the management of extended producer responsibility (EPR) systems - from 46% to 50.1%, thereby securing control.
Under the agreement, investment fund Lafor and Agilyx will jointly acquire all GreenDot shares currently held by Circular Resources (19.1%). Lafor’s stake will therefore rise from 34.9% to 49.9%.
