The Versalis cracker in Brindisi, southern Italy, and the other “mothballed” activities at the site could be sold rather than decommissioned. The announcement was made by Eni’s Head of Industrial Transformation, Giuseppe Ricci, during a meeting convened at Palazzo Piacentini by Adolfo Urso, Minister of Enterprises and Made in Italy (Mimit).
