The U.S.-based industrial group Graco has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the entire share capital of Color Service for a total consideration of €63 million.
The company specializes in the design and construction of automatic dosing systems for liquids and powders.
Founded in 1987 in Dueville (Vicenza, Italy) by Fabrizio Toschi, Color Service operates in a variety of sectors, including plastics (masterbatch), rubber, tires, textiles, cosmetics and food. In 2024, the company reported nearly €35 million in revenue and employed 140 people.
“The addition of Color Service strengthens our powder handling portfolio and opens new growth opportunities with complementary technologies for new applications,” said Mark Sheahan, president and CEO of Graco. “This acquisition supports our global expansion strategy and aligns with Graco’s commitment to delivering innovative, high-quality solutions that solve complex customer challenges.”
Headquartered in Minneapolis and listed on the New York Stock Exchange, Graco provides fluid and coating management technologies for industrial and commercial applications. The company designs, manufactures and markets systems and equipment to move, measure, control, dispense and spray fluid and powder materials.
