Canadian injection molding machine and beverage mold maker Husky Technologies has announced a leadership change in its Service division, appointing Tracy Cordes (pictured right) to succeed Tony Black (left), who will retire at the beginning of March.
Cordes assumed the role of President, Service on 16 February and has also joined Husky’s Executive Leadership Team.
Black and Cordes will work closely together through the end of March 2026 to ensure an orderly handover.
Cordes brings extensive leadership experience across service, operations, business transformation and profitability in large, complex organizations. Prior to her appointment, she served as Executive Director, Global Business Transformation, Commercial HVAC at Carrier Global Corporation, a supplier of HVAC solutions.
Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles at Chubb Fire & Security, including Managing Director of Chubb UK, with full P&L responsibility.
“Tracy is a proven leader with deep expertise in service operations, transformation and customer-focused execution,” Husky CEO Bradley Selleck commented. “Her expertise and collaborative leadership approach make her exceptionally well suited to lead our Service organization as we continue to evolve, innovate and create long-term value for our customers and stakeholders.”
