Koinos adds A.P. Form to thermoforming hub

The acquisition of A.P. Form, joining LAPI and Simpla, opens up opportunities for cross-selling and diversification.

lapi acquires AP FormThe Italian thermoforming hub created in 2024 by investment firm Koinos Capital through the acquisition first of Lapi and then of Simpla is taking shape with the addition of A.P. Form.

A.P. Form is based in Oderzo, in the province of Treviso, north-eastern Italy, and specialises in thermoformed products and components for industrial refrigeration, medical applications and special-purpose vehicles. Its plant is equipped with 8 thermoforming machines, 7 cutting centres and 2 foaming lines, and also carries out ancillary processes in-house, including assembly, bending, 3D printing, screen printing and painting.

With the addition of A.P. Form, the thermoforming platform launched by Koinos Capital exceeds €22 million in aggregate turnover in 2025 and has more than 140 employees.
