At Chinaplas, two suppliers of complementary technologies for plastics injection moulding, Trexel and Roctool, announced a new alliance.
Trexel, which came under Engel’s umbrella at the end of last year (read article), supplies equipment for the physical microcellular foaming of plastic components using the patented MuCell process.
The group is expanding its North Carolina site to support growth in liquid colours and additives for thermoplastics and polyurethanes.
