The Italian Cannon Group has taken control of a majority stake in Austria’s Polytec EMC Engineering, a company specializing in machinery and systems for processing polyurethane (PUR)-based elastomers, previously held by PUR Holding. The latter will retain a 25% share and remain involved in the company's development. The financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed.
