Roberto Boggio (pictured) has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Guala Pack and Guala Dispensing, two Italian companies within the Guala Group specializing, respectively, in flexible packaging and dispensing systems such as triggers and bottle pumps.

Michele Guala will remain President of the Board of directors, focusing on governance and strategic oversight. "Roberto’s appointment represents a significant milestone for Guala Pack," said Michele Guala. "His vision and expertise will enable us to address future challenges with renewed momentum, reinforce our leadership position and further advance the core values that define our companies."

A graduate of the Polytechnic University of Turin, Boggio brings extensive international leadership experience from global companies in the automotive, personal care and medical sectors. He most recently served as chief commercial officer at Avgol Nonwovens and previously held positions at Glatfelter, Sontara and Ahlstrom.

While both companies are headquartered in Spinetta Marengo (Alessandria, Piedmont), Guala Pack and Guala Dispensing operate as independent entities within the same industrial group.
