SC Johnson, a global commpany specializing in household and professional cleaning products, has reached two plastic-related goals ahead of schedule. These targets were set as part of the Ellen MacArthur Foundation’s Global Commitment 2025 initiative.

The first milestone is a 33% reduction in virgin plastic use compared to 2018, exceeding the original target of 30%.
The second goal achieved relates to the use of recycled plastic, which has quadrupled since 2018 and now represents 25% of all plastic used in SC Johnson packaging — amounting to 16,000 tons in 2024 alone.
