After Germany, the French operations of DOMO Chemicals have also entered judicial reorganization (“redressement judiciaire”), under the jurisdiction of the Lyon Commercial Court.
"The purpose of this process is to enable a protective framework through judicial reorganization in order to develop, together with the court-appointed administrators, a solution that will ensure the continuity of the company’s operations", the company said.
