As of January 1, US-based Davis-Standard — a leading manufacturer of extrusion and converting equipment — has consolidated its Canadian operations Deacro, Brampton Engineering and Gamma Machinery into a single entity, Davis-Standard Canada.

According to Michael Brown, the Group’s Vice President of Operations, the integration aims to pool resources to strengthen customer support, accelerate innovation and improve operational efficiency.

Deacro specializes in slitting and rewinding technologies; Brampton Engineering in blown film extrusion; and Gamma Machinery designs winders and plastic bag-making machines.

The transition to Davis-Standard Canada will not affect business continuity: engineering, sales and service contacts will remain the same, ensuring uninterrupted customer relationships and ongoing project execution.
